Wait. Contemplate. Now ask yourself. How many of these are bothering you? But then, I would not like to stress you out with the long list of symptoms….calm down. Trust me; there is solution for every problem you may have under the sun.
There are very simple ways following which you can get relief too.
Take a walk
Does your house or your office feel like a pressure cooker? Get out and let your feet take you somewhere. .. Take a long walk; it will clear your head.
Call a friend
Think of someone who brings smile to your face. Your friend? Mother? Daughter/son? Give him a buzz and talk for a few minutes. If you can manage, go and meet, have a heart to heart talk…or spend some good time.
Write in a journal
Write down whatever you are feeling. You do not have to worry about how the person in front of you will reciprocate? Writing a journal means speaking to your own self. By the time you’re done, that negativity will be on their way out of your system.
Work up a sweat
Feeling a confined disturbance or disappointment? Pop in a workout jacket, start hard exercising and get busy working up a sweat. Imagine, the bad thought, the painful emotion is parting from you through your pores.
Take a hot bath
A hot bath will give a kick to your body as well as your mind. Add bubbles and a few aroma candles to create ultimate soothing atmosphere. Your partner into that same tub is optional J
You have one life. And you need to take control of that as and when needed.
Try these steps to kick stress out of your system...
Till then,
Keep the faith!
